Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VERSECALL ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. A Korean translation follows the English text. 한국어 번역은 아래에 있습니다.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 14 years old(or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. The Service

VERSECALL is an AI-native TRPG gacha game in which you summon AI-generated characters, weapons, and backgrounds from text prompts and battle AI opponents. Content is generated by AI and is unique, unpredictable, and may vary between users.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

4. Virtual items & gacha

  • The Service uses randomized item mechanics ("gacha"). The probability rates for each rarity tier are disclosed within the app at the point of summon.
  • In-game currency ("essence"/credits) and virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or redeemed outside the Service. They are a limited, revocable license to use in-game features.
  • Purchases of virtual items are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the Apple App Store / Google Play refund policies that govern your purchase.
  • We may modify, expand, or discontinue virtual items and adjust game balance.

5. User-generated content

  • You are responsible for the prompts you submit. You must not submit content that infringes intellectual-property or publicity rights; sexualizes minors; is unlawful, hateful, or promotes self-harm; impersonates real individuals; or attempts to manipulate or bypass the Service's safety systems.
  • All generated content passes automated moderation, but you remain responsible for your inputs. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display the content you generate for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
  • You can report objectionable content in-app; we review reports and act as appropriate.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, branding, and original assets are owned by us. Ownership of AI-generated outputs may not be legally recognized in all jurisdictions; to the extent permitted, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the characters, items, and images you generate within the Service, and we retain the right to use generated content to operate the Service.

7. Prohibited conduct

Do not reverse-engineer the Service, use bots or automated abuse, exploit bugs, circumvent payment or moderation systems, or disrupt the Service or other users.

8. Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Any subscriptions renew according to store rules; manage or cancel them through your store account.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable, and we do not guarantee any particular result or availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

이용약관 (한국어)

본 약관은 VERSECALL("서비스") 이용에 적용됩니다. 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 영문본과 상충 시 이용자에게 유리한 해석을 따릅니다.

1. 동의 및 이용자격

서비스 이용 시 본 약관에 동의합니다. 이용자는 만 14세 이상(또는 관할 최소연령 이상)이어야 하며, 미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의 하에만 이용할 수 있습니다.

2. 서비스 개요

VERSECALL은 문장으로 AI 생성 캐릭터·무기·배경을 소환해 AI 상대와 대전하는 AI 네이티브 TRPG 가챠 게임입니다. 콘텐츠는 AI가 생성하며 고유·예측불가하고 이용자마다 다를 수 있습니다.

3. 계정

계정 하의 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 정확한 정보 제공과 자격증명 보안 유지 의무가 있습니다.

4. 가상 아이템 및 가챠

  • 본 서비스는 확률형 아이템(가챠)을 사용하며, 각 등급 확률은 소환 지점에서 앱 내에 상시 표시됩니다.
  • 게임 재화(정수)·가상 아이템은 현금 가치가 없고 현금 교환·이용자간 거래·서비스 외부 사용이 불가하며, 게임 기능을 이용하기 위한 제한적·회수가능 라이선스입니다.
  • 가상 아이템 구매는 원칙적으로 최종적이며 환불되지 않습니다. 단 관련 법령 또는 Apple/Google 스토어 환불정책이 요구하는 경우는 예외입니다.
  • 가상 아이템·게임 밸런스는 변경·확장·중단될 수 있습니다.

5. 이용자 생성 콘텐츠

입력 문장에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 저작권·퍼블리시티 침해, 미성년 성적 묘사, 위법·혐오·자해 조장, 실존인물 사칭, 안전장치 우회 시도 콘텐츠를 입력할 수 없습니다. 모든 생성물은 자동 모더레이션을 거치나 입력 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 위반 콘텐츠·계정은 삭제·정지될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 서비스 운영·개선 목적으로 생성 콘텐츠를 저장·처리·표시할 수 있는 전세계·무상 라이선스를 당사에 부여합니다. 부적절 콘텐츠는 앱 내에서 신고할 수 있습니다.

6. 지식재산권

서비스·소프트웨어·브랜드·원본 자산의 권리는 당사에 있습니다. AI 생성물의 소유권은 관할에 따라 법적으로 인정되지 않을 수 있으며, 허용 범위에서 이용자에게 생성물의 서비스 내 개인적·비독점 사용 라이선스를 부여합니다.

7. 금지행위 · 8. 결제

리버스 엔지니어링, 봇·자동화 남용, 버그 악용, 결제·모더레이션 우회, 서비스 방해를 금지합니다. 결제는 Apple/Google이 처리하며 각사 약관이 적용되고, 구독 갱신·해지는 스토어 계정에서 관리합니다.

9~11. 면책·책임한도·해지

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 AI 생성물의 정확성·적합성·가용성을 보장하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 최대한도에서 간접·부수·결과적 손해에 책임지지 않으며, 총 책임은 청구 전 6개월간 이용자가 지급한 금액을 한도로 합니다. 위반 계정은 정지·해지될 수 있고, 이용자는 언제든 이용 중단·계정 삭제가 가능합니다.

12~13. 준거법 및 문의

본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하되, 거주국의 강행 소비자보호 규정은 그대로 적용됩니다. 본 약관은 개정될 수 있으며 개정 후 계속 이용 시 동의로 간주됩니다. 문의: support@versecall.app.
